Wickline Day School follows the Mid-Del School schedule. If weather prevents Mid-Del schools from being in session, we will not be in session. Keep an eye on school and church closings on local news stations and on Facebook.

Wickline Day School is a part-time preschool program serving central Oklahoma families. We are located at Wickline United Methodist Church in Midwest City, OK, just north of Tinker Air Force Base. Our mission is to show each child the reality and nearness of God in everyday life situations and in the world around us. We do this using planned activities, sensory experiences, art and music enrichment, and LOTS of play!

Don’t let the weather get you down. Remember, this is still the day the Lord made!

This week we will finish January’s subject “Cooking”—if we get back to school. Remember—if Mid-Del schools are closed, so are we. We will learn about fruits and vegetables, the letter “R” and the number “18”. Our Bible verse this month is from Acts 14:17: “God gives you food and fills your hearts with happiness.”

We’ll have pretzels and mandarin oranges for snack, and classes will be trying some new fruits and vegetables.
If you have not paid January tuition, please do so as soon as possible.
Just a friendly reminder that ALL classes go outside for recess as long as it’s not raining or snowing and the temperature is 40 degrees or above. Make sure your child is dressed appropriately.
Please make sure your child comes to school every day with diapers, extra clothes, lunch, and water. You are welcome to include a blanket and/or a stuffed animal for rest time.
Please make sure to bring a complete change of clothes to school with your child each day. The children play hard and sometimes get messy! Label all items with your child’s first and last names. The school is not responsible for lost items. Labeling items ensures they will be returned to you at the end of the day.
Please be prompt in picking up your child by 2:30pm. The door opens at 2:00pm to begin pick-up. A $1.00 per minute late fee will be added to your account after 2:30pm.
