DAY SCHOOL

Good morning! We hope you had a great weekend! We will be finishing July’s study of insects and creatures. This week the focus is mammals. Our Bible verse this month is from Genesis 1:31; “God looked at everything God had mad, and God was very pleased.” This is the last week of the summer sessions. Returning students will start back Wednesday, August 13. We are going to miss all the kids who are moving on to elementary school. We pray that you have the best year ever!

• Snacks this week will be cheese, crackers, and grapes.

• Tuesday, July 29th, we will be gathering in the parlor at 1:00pm to let the Wickline youth and children directors give blessing tags and a book to the students who are going to school. All the kiddos will get a snowcone. Please join us!

• Thursday, July 31, lunch will be provided for ALL students! You won’t need to bring a lunch unless your child wants something other than pizza and fruit. This lunch is courtesy of my husband and me (Director Waggerman).

• If you have not paid July tuition, please pay ASAP.

• There is no water day this week.

• Please make sure your child comes to school everyday with diapers, extra clothes, lunch, and water. You are welcome to bring a blanket and/or stuffed animal for rest time. Ensure that everything is labeled with your child’s first and last names.

• Please bring a complete change of clothes with your child each day because sometimes life is messy. Label everything and please remember that the school is not responsible for lost items.

• Please be prompt in picking up your child by 2:30 p.m. The door opens at 2 p.m. to begin pick-up. A late fee of $1.00 per minute will be added to your account after 2:30 p.m.
